Request account & data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Wasfah account and associated data. This URL is provided for app-store requirements (including Google Play Data safety).

How to request

1. Email privacy@wasfah.org
2. Subject: Account deletion request
3. Include:
   • Full name
   • Email or phone used on the account
   • App (Patient or Staff) and hospital/organization if known
   • Confirmation that you want the account and associated data deleted

Email deletion request

After you submit

• We confirm receipt within a reasonable time (typically several business days).
• We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
• We delete or deactivate the app account and associated personal data where legally permitted and consistent with the healthcare organization’s policy.
• Some medical or audit records may be retained by the hospital under legal/regulatory obligations. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

Alternative

You may also request deletion through the clinic/hospital linked to your account. Staff users should route requests via their organization’s system administrators.
